When issues were brought up with the housekeeping manager, she was very apologetic and kind, however not all the issues were fixed (dried urine at the base of the toilet, fecal matter caked to the toilet bowl). The room just felt dirty. The pool area stunk, the lobby bar was vacant, the ice machine on our floor didn’t work, the shower curtain rod was falling off, the shower curtain itself was stained and gross. I will not be staying here again. "
