"Enjoyed my stay at Tokyo Dome. Close to several train stops and was able to visit all areas of Tokyo. Lots of stores and food options as well as a 24 hour Don Quixote very close. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels, water and toiletries were provided for my 11 day stay. Hotel also assisted with coordination taxi back to airport. Everyone I interacted with were pleasant and professional. I would highly recommended this hotel. Starbucks and 711 is very close. Laundry on 7th floor was convenient too."

"I loved staying at this hotel and appreciated it even more after moving to the Marriott, which seemed very cold and sterile compared to the Niwa. From the super polite front desk people (we received a very deep bow from one when boarding the elevator to our room the first time) to the little touches such as an air cleaner/humidifier, tea service tray and bluetooth speaker in the room, the Hotel Niwa is a very nice place to stay. You feel like you are experiencing the real Japan here."

"Very convenient to get to/from airport, the free shuttle is handy, easy to get to from terminal 2. Thought it would be a slow check in after a bus load of passengers also checking in but it wasn’t, very efficient and line moved quick. Service is elite, from the bus driver who loaded/unloaded luggage onto the bus for you to the hotel staff that would check you in, very helpful and friendly. You’re directed to help yourself to the amenities in the lobby before you head to the elevator to the room. Room was surprisingly spacious, bed/pillows were comfortable and very clean. I stayed here with my 5year old whilst my husband and 2 older kids stayed at the capsule hotel at the airport for the experience. Highly recommended and very good value for money. Thanks for having us :)"
