"When I chose this location I chose it bc it stated breakfast is included it is not. There is a Starbucks/cafe area where you can order food however you’re better off going off site for better prices. Room was clean however tv turns on at max volume so you have to hurry up and turn it down. Pool area was clean but water was freezing. "

"After I left the hotel, I realized that I had left a small pair of earrings behind. I checked out two days ago and just now called the front desk, but I was referred to a Lost and Found website, where I have already registered the earrings. The front desk person refused to take a description of the earrings, check with housekeeping, or even take my contact information. I got the feeling that standard procedure was all that mattered, not a caring attitude in helping me get my belongings back."

"Rooms were clean, property was secured, staff was very friendly. property was nice and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Will be back."

"Check in was not available at the scheduled time (3pm). They were short staffed and housekeeping was behind on rooms. I wasn’t able to check in until close to 8pm. The front desk clerk did extend my checkout by 2 hours. But, I still feel the check in process was unacceptable—especially since I came from out of town."

"No breakfast as advertised online.The same people hang out, grill, drink and are extremely loud outside almost every night. I saw more roaches then I needed to. Had to switch rooms because first one smelled and had a bad leak. I'll stop there. Just not a good experience for me and my daughter who is only 3."

"The hotel is old. Pictures are nice online but once you get inside it could be deceiving. The carpet is old, the shower curtains need changing, the fridge is old and dirty. Need new doors and the hall smelled old. The room was clean. Need a make over."

"My comments. There was no toilet tisue in the room. Entire room 201 was filthy definely not clean. No coffee as stated. Really disappointed."
