We loved our stay. The house was roomy and very comfortable for our family of 15. The very private yard, which includes a pool, hot tub, fire pit and tennis/basketball court were a hit with everyone and helped make this family vacation very memorable!

Great Hamptons break with family. We had an amazing time with great pool, tennis, firepit and beautiful house. Very relaxing and close to fantastic beaches and nice ice cream spots and beach bars.

Beautiful Hamptons estate

A gorgeous home! We pretended to be in the Great Gatsby. Lovely pool and grounds. We loved tennis...who knew? That was a surprise hit. Very spacious

Best week getaway with family and friends!

We had an incredible time at this house!!! It literally felt like we were staying at a luxury resort and had everything we could have possibly needed for our getaway. Our group included young kids and adults all of whom had an amazing stay. The tennis and basketball court was in great condition and provided endless fun activities. The pool was a great size and the heater worked well when it was needed. There is a ton of space to play sports and games as well as a fire pit which was a great way to end our evenings. The inside of the home was well decorated and in great condition with plenty of space for all. Pictures do not do this house justice and our kids felt like we had our own camp for our stay. I would highly recommend this house!

Perfect getaway

Megan was super responsive with any questions I had. Check and check out was easy. Property is gorgeous! So close to Southampton and Westhampton. We had a magnificent time!

Perfect summer house

We rented this house for the week! Communication with the owner was amazing! The house was very spacious and had a lot of amenities! The listing said newly renovated! It was super nice but not newly renovated a little outdated from when they built it. Back yard was very nice and spacious. Would definitely rent this house again.

Wonderful House

The house was simply wonderful. It was clean and very roomy. There are many rooms in this house. The yard is to die for. We were so happy that we chose this place. The owner is wonderful and she was very easy to work with.

Golf group

Great property for our group of 8 friends who take an annual golf trip. House accommodated all of our needs and was very spacious. Excellent area outside for additional activities. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay. Wonderful backyard!

We had an amazing week at Megan’s house. The property is well taken care of and clean. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. The real gem is the backyard with the large pool, hot tub, and tennis court. Plus the property is very large and private. Megan was super responsive and helpful throughout.

Great location and very responsive host!

My family (6 adults and 6 kids) had a great time at this location. There were a few hiccups but the host was super responsive, which was great. Excellent location as well. The house could use a little updating but was perfect for our needs. Only note is bedroom in the basement is not private- just an alcove. The house is very private and the pool was really nice. Overall great stay. Definitely recommend!

An excellent summer home

Ms Meyer’s home is spacious snd accommodating. The amenities kept us at home for most of our stay . Outstanding pool, hot tub snd tennis/pickle all courts. The family enjoyed themselves for the week ❤️❤️

BLACK MOLD / UNDISCLOSED CAMERAS OVERLOOKING POOL. RUN AWAY!

VERY LARGE AREA OF BLACK MOLD IN BASEMENT (2 FEET AWAY FROM A BED) *UNDISCLOSED* CAMERAS OUTSIDE FACING POOL AREA. We had 5 kids with us. Age: 8 weeks, 9 months old, 2 years old, and two 4 year olds. Diapers were changed, bathing suits were taken off. All in an area that had an undisclosed video camera. There is zero guarantee that these children/my children were not recorded. Just incase host says that disclosure of video cameras is in her listing it’s only because VRBO made host update description to include presence and location of video cameras ASAP (within 24 hours) or her account will be suspended.

Wonderful stay in Large house and large property- great for multiple families

This house has everything you need and is especially great for large families coming together. We had babies and toddlers with us and the house has a great set up for everyone to gather on the main bottom floor with a large dining room set , open living room with TV, movies, games, toys already there. BackYard is huge with playground set, fire pit with chairs around it, large pool (that you can pay extra to heat), jacuzzi, tennis court that also has basketball nets on it, gas grill, outdoor dining set. PLENTY of towels and linens, extra throw blankets, washer and dryer and coffee maker. Truly everything you need. The downstairs basement has a bed about 10 feet down the hall so baseball is a great bedroom for a family with kids and multiple kids can sleep on couch if looking for extra beds. House also came with blow up mattress if needed! AC works great also. Property owner Meghan was so responsive to any questions we had and so helpful and nice! Check in was very simple. Ponquogue Beach is only 10 minutes away. Grocery store very close by. Montauk is about 50 minutes if interested in seeing that town. We took kids close to mini golf which was fun but honestly you really don’t need to leave the house if you just want a relaxing summer house vacation. Highly recommend!!

Misadverstised

Everything would have been great, except… the listing is marked with a “heated pool”. When we asked for the pool to be heated the own gave us some run around about needing to get rates for the propane and that it would be an additional charge. She never provided the rates. The pool service company showed up and turned on the heater. After a couple hours we decided it wasn’t worth dealing with the owner so we turned it off. She then tried to send us a bill, marked a month before our stay, charging us for her entitled propane tank to be filled. The heater ran for a couple of hours, using a few gallons of propane. This is has scam written all over it. We had an amazing bachelorette weekend, and this owners actions are putting a negative vibe on the event. Would NOT recommend.
