I’m not one to leave reviews because I’m lazy but I had to mention that this was a great deal for the Hamptons. Renovated rooms, beautiful gardens and they couldn’t have been anymore accommodating when I asked for an early check in by two hours!

We stayed in the two bedroom cottage. The space was very clean and organized nicely but the furniture in the living area was a little out dated and the kitchen area could use some upgrades. Also there was no TV in the bedroom which was a bummer. I found the staff to be lovely and responsive. Might want to consider adding a workout facility in the future for those who come up for the big marathon weekend or offer free passes to the local gym. Expected a little more luxury for close to $400 dollars a night. Minus and a list of local restaurants and shops would be a bonus. Close to everything and served its purpose. Would definitely stay again with some upgrades. We liked how it was private and tucked away.

Place was very quiet. Staff is helpful if you had any questions. I would suggest have more lighting around because when we would take a walk at night, it was very dark. Hope to stay there again sometime

I had to go to Hampton Bays for work. The staff was extremely accommodating for my schedule, which was working late and leaving early. I don’t know what they used for the linens, but they smelled fantastic. The location was really convenient and I will be using the facility again next time I’m in town for work.

The cottage was well appointed with everything needed! Our only suggestion was given to the girl working in the office. The grounds were beautifully maintained and there was plenty to do- tennis, pool, shuffleboard, cornhole, play yard for kids.

Very clean. Nice property. Relaxing. Would stay again, but the customer service was awful. No one answers their main phone number. I had sent a couple of emails to inquire about something and got no response. When I got there, nobody was at the front desk and the door was locked. I walked around thinking I was probably stranded, and luckily found a guest by the pool, who gave me the front desk girl's direct cell number. She eventually showed up after being out. Overall the communication was terrible and I wouldn't want to deal with that again.

Overall the stay was ok. The property is cute. The pool was nice. But on a main, loud road. The cottage was mediocre - Musty smell, hard uncomfortable bed, non working hair dryer and the staff could not get me another one. There was an iron but no ironing board. Decor was awful , felt like a motel. Would not stay again.
