"We stayed there for 3 nights. The property inside was a little dark as is it located in the basement. However that was not a big deal. It looked new and clean. One big positive was the large yard we had access to. The location was great and we were 15mins away from everywhere we needed to be. The host Tammy was very responsive and provided great directions. I would recommend this place and would stay there again. Can fit 4 people comfortably, 2 in queen and 2 on pull out couch. Thumbs up from...

"What a great experience staying at this property The condo is right on Main Street and I was concerned it was going to be loud because it is above a restaurant, but it was quiet as can be! Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and a quick mile walk to the beach! Great spot! I can’t wait to come back again"

"Clean and beautiful house with a very nice pool and a wonderful view to the bay. Owner is extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. The only thing one should be aware of is that the main Montauk road runs right in front of the house, so you will hear noise from cars. However the landscaping blocks any view of the cars and this really wasnt an issue for us. Overall a really great stay, and I cant say enough good things about the owners bending over backwards for us...

"The room was a lot more spacious than I anticipated and everything was very clean. There was some music playing upstairs but it was quiet by nighttime. Check in and check out was very straightforward. Turning into the driveway was a bit difficult when the highway was crowded but was otherwise easy to find "
