"The Chelsea hotel is extremely close to the train station, taxi rank and Asda supermarket so it's in a very convenient location. The hotel room was very clean and had plenty of tea, coffee, milk and sugar. There was a microwave, cutlery, plates, dishes, a TV, and a hairdryer. I found the entry instructions easy. The area was quiet and I had a great view of nearby houses and trees. Thank you very much for a great stay. "

"A uniquely designed property within 4 minutes walk to Alum Chine beach, great location and amazing views from the balacony! The hosts were great with communication and got back to us quickly. A couple of bits on the page aren't correct. There is no on-site parking (as stated on the page) and when I queried was told there is plenty of street parking, but during our stay (late August) we found it difficult to get parking in the street and with our disabled child this was quiet inconvenience....

"Location Location Location!! Just few minutes to walk to the Bournemouth Pier and beach. Room wasn't the cleanest, but very good just to sleep, pack and go as price for 1 night was incredibly low at this location ."

The Cumberland Hotel - OCEANA COLLECTION

"Air conditioning is amazing beds very comfortable but had to check out on the 2nd night at 11pm due to the noise level from a function on & we were right above it! So really spoiled it, no rooms to change was offered! Not good when you have an autistic child with you and had to drive home which was a 3hour drive! "

"We very much enjoyed the upstairs pool, i believe there is a fee for the pool & jacuzzi on lower ground. Restaurant was lovely, polite and helpful staff. Our AC wasnt working properly, even when the gentleman came and fixed it, it wasnt really cool, but not an issue as was quite cool for june. If i were to share some constructive criticism, it would be a lovely touch to have a mini fridge in the deluxe & superior rooms! Finally, we were ever so grateful for the free noon checkout on the Sunday, that was very kind indeed, all in all a wonderful weekend break & I'm positive we will return soon! "
