"Checked in on a Friday and nothing was open until 4 PM bar wise or anything like that. The main pool was open, but the smaller pool with the lounge chairs was not open and didn’t have any water in there at all. You have to express checkout if you leave before 11. It’s just much different than it used to be."

"We arrived on Saturday June 6, 2026 around 4:30pm. The room was picked for us at the front desk. That was the type of reservation we had. So we got the room and it was very clean however the bathroom goodies were not there. Usually hotel rooms have those things. Like little soaps, bath wash or lotion or conditioner. I did not see anything of that sort in the bathroom. However there were plenty of towels and paper products like tissue. The room was really basic and nice. Two supper soft and comfy beds and very fresh smelling room. We had to call the front desk to inquire about the pool and was told that we needed a reservation for the pool area and there was a substantial cost for space of a lounge chair to be in the pool area. I was thinking that if we are paying $500.00+ a day, I would think the pool goes with that extensive pricing of a hotel stay. Guess those days are over and Al A Carte, charging for services outside of the actual stay at the hotel. I was taken back by that. Also on our floor the ice machine did not work and we had to walk down a floor down to get Ice for our room. One nice event was being able to eat for free at Romans Grill in Caesars for those who had a card for Caesars Rewards card for the hotels casino. We went to enjoy the London October, Eric Bonet, Laila Hathaway concert at Boardwalk Hall, and the hotel was very conveniently closely located to that Hall."

"My recent stay at Snowboat Hotel in Atlantic City was overall quite enjoyable! The location is perfect for exploring the Boardwalk and nearby casinos, with easy walking access to all the main attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make our check-in smooth and friendly. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable—exactly what we needed after long days out on the Boardwalk. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the noise insulation was impressive considering how central the location is. Breakfast options in the morning were decent and got us going for the day ahead. One note for future guests: non-casino guests or those staying on certain rates will need to pay $29 per night for pool access. While I initially thought this seemed steep, it's worth noting that many Atlantic City properties maintain their pools as exclusive resort-style amenities rather than complimentary facilities. We ended up enjoying the casino floor and city activities so much that we barely used it anyway, but travelers who specifically want unlimited pool access should factor this into their budget when booking. Overall, Snowboat Hotel delivers excellent value for the price point. With a bit of advance planning on amenity fees, you'll have a solid Atlantic City experience. Definitely would consider returning!"
