Nestled just minutes from the sparkling shores of Keuka Lake, Pond Cottage offers a private and serene getaway surrounded by the natural beauty of New York's Finger Lakes Wine Country. You'll be perfectly positioned to explore the region's award-winning wineries, breweries, and charming small towns.

This warm and inviting home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for families, friends or couples looking to relax and reconnect. The open floor plan welcomes you with a cozy decorative fireplace and comfortable living room furniture, a wooden dining table perfect for family-style meals, and a country kitchen stocked for all your culinary adventures.

Step into the four-season patio porch that overlooks the private pond — a peaceful spot to sip your morning coffee, enjoy a glass of local wine, or simply soak in the scenery year-round.

The entry-level master bedroom boasts its own private deck access, where you'll find a hot tub that offers secluded wooded privacy and serene views of the pond.

Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, along with a full bathroom off the hallway featuring a shower/tub combo.

Outside, enjoy the tranquil private pond setting, gather around the campfire at night, and let the sounds of bullfrogs serenade you under the stars. (Please note: the pond is for your viewing pleasure only—no swimming or fishing is permitted.)

Nearby attractions include the Switzerland Inn lakefront restaurant, award winning wineries and breweries such as Weis Vineyards and the Keg and Barrell. The Windmill Farm and Craft Market and the quaint villages of Penn Yan and Hammondsport are each within a short 15-minute drive. Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

Note:
1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 1 dog allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies.

Clean and in a really nice location. The yard was really quiet and had a nice firepit near the pond. Was really relaxing to watch a Blue Heron hunting for its dinner every night.
