Staff were amazing. Food was always cold and no variety. Entertainment limited. Hotel needs a good paint and update. Really noisy hotel rooms not soundproof always shouting in hallways. Could gear next door snoring 😂😂Cleaners very noisy and no respect coming into room when we were not even awake.

Service with a smile!" Seldom do you find such "quality care" as we experienced at this Hotel.The staff were friendly and the food at the breakfast was terrific. We were very pleased with the hospitality and friendliness of everyone in the Buffet Restaurant,Reception and Piano Bar.We found the front desk to be friendly and helpful as well.The Buffet was great and excellent, the pool is really one of the best i have seen in Hammamett, and the private Beach of this Hotel is great! Staying here already for the second time, and pretty sure will stay here again and again. :) ++++

L'organisation de l accueil lors de notre arrivé était compliqué et le personnel a tardé à nous donner notre chambre. La première chambre donné avait une fuite d eau au niveau de la clim...l hotel en général est plutôt propre. Toutefois la plage est salle et la qualité du restaurant est très moyen.. les fruits sont pas bons et peu de chose le matin pour déjeuner. L équipe d animation est adorable malgré que les thèmes des soirées sont a améliorer.

J' ai j'ai aimé dans l'ensemble l'hôtel son équipe d'animation au top la salle de sport un peu vetuste le personnel très agréable et très sympathique le seul bémol qui est vraiment à dire dans cet hôtel c'est que la nourriture est vraiment pas bonne du tout trop grasse et quand on arrive un peu tard il ne reste plus rien à manger donc cela est un peu dommage pour all inclusive et l'on ne peut pas boire tous les alcools non plus il y en a qui sont payants quand on est en all inclusive cela ne devrait pas être

Le camere al piano -1 hanno uno standard più basso e le due nostre camere avevano i telefoni rotti ed i lavabi otturati. Abbiamo chiesto l'intervento del manutentore: al telefono il receptionist ci diceva che il manutentore stava per arrivare ma non é mai venuto nessuno e ci hanno lasciati sbattere benché mia mamma fosse invalida sulla sedia a rotelle. Grazie all'intervento del capo ricevimento Selim abbiamo cambiato camere e per scusarsi ha offerto a mia mamma un massaggio gratis. Per il resto, camere e servizi nella norma.

#Points positifs: *Excellents animateurs toujours souriants et très aimables. *Bonne nourriture. # Points négatifs: *La chambre 296 sale,chauffage et sèche sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnent pas (on a passé une nuit conchemardesque avec les enfants il faisait très froid) *2ème jour ils nous ont changé la chambre ( on a eu la chanbre 3002 toujours sale et la plupart des chaines télévisées étaient floues. * et le point le plus catastrophique c'était les serveurs du restaurant qui été très mal élevés, ils étaient impolis vraiment très grave on été choqué de leurs comportements par contre avec les européens ils se montraient au top gentils souriants et serviable. Enfin , Je ne retournerais plus jamais à cet hôtel et je vous déconseille de le visiter. Benaissa, Algérie.

Excellent evening entertainment within the hotel and good atmosphere welcome s you, I was disappointed with temperature of the hot meals, which were served on cold plates and further reduced the overall temperature of the meal. Overall though no other complaints

the hotel is adverstising there place a s family friendly hotel which is very true..but i think they should have more facilities such as games and recreation place for children above 7 years old. the mini club is good for children below 7 but abov e 7 years old its difficult to keep them busy expecially at evening time.. there should be more rooms for games and facilities outside like huge chess, slides and other things.
