"I have my license to Customer service person for my room and he gave the wrong amount for the room. I told him the price was wrong, he'd wanted to talk to his manager until he realized he gave me another person room with the same last name but different 1st names. I gave him my license why would he not catch the name difference when I questioned it! He should have been more cautious looking up my name n confirmation #!!! "

"I guess you get what you pay for, but for not much more you can have cleanliness, peace, and comfort, so this seems not worth it. First, despite signs saying no smoking, the whole place reeked of weed. You could smell it from the street, even with car windows up. Parts of the floor, the bathtub, and the sheets and pillowcases were either stained or visibly dirty. The bathtub was definitely dirty, and so was the inside of the freezer, with lots of debris. I had been looking forward to a hot bath after a long, cold day, so that was disappointing. The water came out brown, though, so I didn’t even get a shower, which was the whole reason I got a hotel instead of just sleeping at a truck stop. It was very, very loud, even after one and two am, which made it hard to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable, like within a few minutes of lying down you could feel the platform underneath the mattress. There were no fitted sheets, just a flat sheet draped over the mattress rather carelessly. The tv was on when I entered the room, which sort of made me feel like it had been hastily vacated and that made it feel even less clean than it was. I would not stay here again. I would have been more comfortable and felt safer sleeping in my car at a truck stop than I felt in this location. "

"My family and I absolutely loved our two bedroom suite it came with a full kitchen living room two bedrooms and two bathroom. It was very spacious and clean. Definitely recommend for a family of 5-6"
