Our property is a beautiful and unique retreat featuring a stunning vineyard and breathtaking views of Lake Ontario. It is the perfect destination for family gatherings and getaways with friends, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting.
However, we do not permit wedding preparations or related activities. Wedding preparations often involve additional guests, vehicles, and increased activity. Our property can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests and 6 vehicles. Exceeding these limits may disrupt the tranquility of the neighborhood and the peaceful environment that our guests value.
Please read this information carefully before booking to ensure that our property is a suitable fit for your needs.

- Private dock with deck to enjoy BBQ meal (we provide propane tank, guests bring your own charcoal if need it) A private boat ramp is also available for your water activities. Guests are welcome to bring their own water sports equipment, but all activities and equipment use are at the guest’s own risk.

- Fire pit in the front yard for cozy evenings under the stars, (guests bring your own fire wood and starters)

By booking your stay with us, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks connected with activity by and/or in the lake and on the property. You agree to not hold accountable or bring legal action against the co-hosts, or the owners of the home.

This message and your booking with us releases the owners from all liability relating to injuries that may occur on location before, during, or after activity. You also agree to hold the co-hosts, and owners of the home free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances.

You acknowledge the risk involved with activities by and/or in the lake and on the property including, but not limited to, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries. You certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that may increase your likelihood of injury.

Please note: Outdoor activity is permitted only within the designated areas of the property. Access beyond the property boundaries, including entry into the vineyard, is strictly prohibited.

Kindly note pets of any kind are not permitted due to personal health issues which severely affect the Hosts family. We appreciate your respect and understanding of this request.

The Town strictly enforces noise and other by-laws past 10 PM.
No extra overnight guests allowed.
Guest names and vehicle info (make/model) required for insurance purpose.

This home meets all fire safety protocol and local regulations to operate.
