original house was built in early 1900's. I've remodeled the house and have built a large attached garage with living quarters above new garage which is where I live.
the original house for rent has a large kitchen with new appliances (DW, gas range, microwave) living room has sofa, chair, recliner, TV. 1 bedroom with new full size bed, dresser, and night stand and has large closet. bathroom has new tub shower combo, toilet, and sink vanity. large laundry room with washer and dryer. also has a large covered front porch.
