Chill at The Cabin

The Cabin is free-standing, with its own entrance from the main house.
Parking is available in the private forecourt during the night.
It is suitable for guests wishing for privacy and relaxation after a day of sightseeing or work.
The Cabin is not suitable for long stays, 5 days max.
The Studio is roughly (132 square feet), with an ensuite.
It contains a comfy queen bed, mini-fridge, microwave, Smart TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi, heater, fan, hair products, toaster, iron and ironing board, crockery and utensils for preparing food.
Drinks include tea, coffee, fresh milk and filtered water, to name a few.
We do not provide food.
More than a 1nigh day stay includes light cleaning of eating utensils, towels, bed tidying and general rubbish removal.
The Cabin is roughly (132 square feet), with an ensuite.
Health and Safety preventing accidents: Placement of your luggage is important due size of the room, under the bookcase and desk is preferred.
The Cabin is surrounded by gardens, a large fish pond and birds giving it a tranquil atmosphere.
Claudelands is a family-friendly neighbourhood close to the Hamilton CBD
The Cabin is within walking distance of a variety of eateries, cafes, restaurants and many service amenities. CBD "the heart of Hamilton" is a 20 - 30 minute walk.
Forty-minute drive (depending on traffic) to The Hobbiton Movie Set at Matamata, Glow-worm Caves, Raglan Beach.
Hamilton Gardens, Hamilton Lake, Hamilton Zoo, and Zealong Tea Estate are all close.
Hamilton Farmers Market every Sunday - 3-minute walk.
