They do not clean their rooms! From their bedding to the bathroom they do not clean. The hotel has an awful smell, especially the third floor. Rooms on the third floor are also cover with molds in the ceiling. I told the front desk of my finds; even showed them pictures and videos. They do not care ...

The staff are very helpful. Special mention to Mr. Paule who went and above in helping us with the food. Miss Rain who works in the front desk was so knowledgeable and helpful . The hotel manager was so helpful. All the staff are excellent....5 stars or 10 out of 10.
