「The house was wonderful place for family to gather after funeral of my father. My mother wanted us to be able to gather together for stories, laughter & tears. This gave us privacy to do so. Booking & checking in was very easy. We found it very clean except for some "sticky" kitchen cabinet doors/drawers. The only "issue" we had was not finding outlets in the bedrooms......after a good night's rest we realized the next morning that they were located in the baseboards of the same color! Will...

「Needs some attention. Lose the plastic sheets over the mattress. Hard to sleep every time we moved it would wake us up. Need a luggage rack so suitcase doesn’t have to sit on floor. AC doesn’t keep up in keeping bedroom cool. Add a couple towel hooks in bathroom. VRBO website difficult. POSITIVE: Quiet, easy to get to, good parking, has all the basics you would need. Needs a few improvements but overall for location not too bad.」

「We came to Melbourne from Philadelphia for a family event. The location was perfect and oh so peaceful. The house was very clean and exactly as described. The owner was very pleasant and responsive. He was at the house in a flash when I forgot the code & couldn’t get in- and always with a smile. The children loved the horses and all the other critters on the property. Our stay was very relaxing and we will definitely rebook next time we come to KY.」

We all really enjoyed fishing in the pond, there are tons of fish, and a giant snapping turtle that my youngest unintentionally caught. There really is no need to leave the house, there is plenty to do on the property. We had a blast and made so many memories!」
