The room was beautiful, that fish carpet very charming, the shower was excellent, staff could have explained they were showing the ropes to a new employee (as opposed to me just looking and understanding from what was going one). I did not have breakfast in the hotel. The map offered is very useful, good location from the train. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The room was super small, you literally have limited space in the room. I travelled with my checked bag and did not have enough room to accommodate my stuff or turn around, yes that's how small the room was. But it was clean and well maintained.

Super hotel and friendly staff. Had carbonara meals in bar which were barely warm and actual cold in parts, had to send back. They said they’d make fresh meals which when returned after only a couple of minutes were still no more than warm. Didn’t feel that this impacted though on the overall experience.

Would stay here again!

Good value for money. Excellent location very close to various train stations, easy to get around the city, very friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable, modern. Our room was facing a busy street with lots of traffic, but we had no problems sleeping due to great soundproof windows. No complaints, honestly. The breakfast buffet was really good and definitely recommendable.

Upon arrival at the hotel the room that I was given already had other people’s belongings, when I went back to the front desk the member of staff changed my room and gave me complimentary drinks vouchers as way off apology, all ends well. The room itself was fantastic, modern, clean, fantastic bed and spacious bathroom. 5 minute walk from two U-Bahn stations. I’d be more than happy to stay here again if I return to Hamburg.

Property is new and modern. Breakfast was outstanding. Rooms are a bit small but clean and modern. Housekeeping was unacceptable. Entered my room on two separate occasions even with do not disturb on door and verbally telling them not too. Totally disrespectful and unacceptable.

Good hotel and excellent breakfast. Check-in experience was very poor: I arrived and there seemed to be a problem, with three staff behind the counter struggling with the system, muttering between themselves. I have no idea what the problem was because they did not explain. After about 10 minutes they were finally able to check me in. I think the location is not great - next to a big road and it did not feel very safe outside
