Staff’s good, service is good, location is good but room was a bit cold. Could not turn A/C to warm only cold air unfortunately. Good value for money and quiet hotel too.

Good hotel with a nice breakfast. Easy to get to Hamburg’s main attractions and also very easy to get from/to the airport. Rooms were a little too hot as AC didn’t seem to work quite well.

Average, poor cleaning

Stayed here for two weeks, very basic hotel. Cleaning was done very poorly, floors were not even cleaned. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. The hotel is not more than average 3 star hotel.

Everything fine, nothing to complain about. Staff was kind and happy to help out. Room clean and comfy. Breakfast had all you could wish for. The only thing I could argue with is the fact that other hotels of similar level offered a late free check-out for participants of Cyclassics Bike Race.

Location is nice, close to shopping. Room size is very small, limited parking space, bad air conditioning and washroom ventilation. Shower doors are worn out. Breakfast is pretty good. Staff at front desk did not address the concern of air conditioning in my rooms despite 2 times request and reminder.

It's in a nice location. However, there was so much sand on my floor, suggesting it wasn't cleaned before checking in. I complained to the reception on my first day, and nothing was done. It was so frustrating to step on sand in the room. On the second day, I met a cleaner in the hallway, who was helpful and helped me clean the floor. More so, it was so embarrassing when a staff member came directly into the toilet without a knock while I was naked, using the toilet. I think they have a lot of work to do to improve.

The receptionist was terrible. She had a very negative aggressive attitude, unbelievably rude! Found someone’s underwear on the floor next to the bed.

I had asked to get a second breakfast for a guest and got different answers on how to handle it which let to confusion. Perhaps some training to the staff might be helpful.
