Room good enough for a solo traveler. Had a decent view of the city, was clean, and the bathroom wasn't too much of a hassle to get to, despite being in a separate room. Would book again.

The room was very clean, and the staff was helpful in moving me from a shared bath room which I had booked by mistake. The building itself could do with a lot of maintenance.

the bluetooth key option is bit annoying because the wash room was not attached to the room and the phone was required to open and close the doors.

Expensive (almost 200 euros for a 9m2 room). The area around is problematic. Between 04:30-5:00 AM there was a group of guests inside the hotel shouting in German and slamming doors. The only light working in my bedroom was the large white lamp on the ceiling. I needed to leave some medication in the fridge. There was no fridge in the entire hotel. The room and bathroom standard was fine. I could leave my luggage there for 3h after checking out.

Absolutely Horrendous Location — Avoid Do yourself a favor and Google Street View this hotel before booking. The immediate surroundings are shocking. This hotel is located on one of the dirtiest and most disturbing streets I saw in Hamburg. During my stay, there were homeless people directly outside the entrance, open drug use, people appearing to exchange needles, prostitution, shouting, and fights throughout the night. Walking in and out of the hotel felt extremely uncomfortable and intimidating. I cannot imagine bringing children or a family here. The hotel itself doesn’t make things much better. After 10 PM, the self-check-in process is ridiculously complicated. There is no air conditioning, so your choices at night are to leave the window open and listen to street noise all night or close it and sleep in an unbearably hot room. I got virtually no rest and couldn’t wait to leave in the morning. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Absolutely would not stay here again.

The hotel was not as advertised. When we arrived a violent arrest involving a team of police was taking place near the hotel. The front door of the hotel was locked with a message to call a number. No staff was on site on arrival. We paid a considerable amount for the room: a price comparable to a good hotel in central Berlin that we went on to the same day, after seeing our room in this hotel. The room was a very dingy version of the website photos. “Separate bathroom” does not mean separate toilet and bath/shower- it means bathroom in the hotel hallway. The hotel charged extra for a hallway bathroom with a key. We booked this room at the last minute without due diligence and paid for it.
