We stayed for three nights and had a very spacious room with a huge king-sized bed. The staff were really helpful printing out tickets and booking a taxi for us. Good breakfasts. We loved the swap a room clean for a free drink concept! Location was great for walking around the city - about 15 minutes for most places of interest.

Very good property. The rooms are great. The location is exceptional. Maybe the only complaint is that breakfast was very crowded at 9:00 AM. That said, this would be my go to hotel in Hamburg every time.

We had a a very comfortable stay. A little outdated, but very clean, comfortable, in a beautiful peaceful and safe area, with a grocery store nearby and easy access to the center.Breakfast was abundant and tasteful with good variety.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was good, but the sink got clogged mid stay and on a weekend, but staff very helpful and moved us to another room directly. Gym was ok, only sad that it opened so late, I like to do the gym before breakfast, so I never used it. We are plant-based. And we found the breakfast underwhelming, few options for vegetarians/vegens. Müsli and oat milk with bread and maybe a slice paprika, not even sliced tomatoes. I would not have paid for this breakfast here, and gone to another hotel to eat breakfast.

Hotel was absolutely fantastic, but please, please, please can hotels STOP DESIGNING OPEN BATHROOMS!!!!!!!! The shower does not need to be open to the bedroom. It’s not cool! It’s not convenient! It’s quite frankly a terrible idea and I hope this trend ends soon. Many people travel with friends or relatives and share a room but do not necessarily want to shower in full view of each other. The bathroom is meant to be a ROOM - with a door. Everything else about this hotel was fantastic. Great location, convenient to getting around, lovely and helpful staff, nice bar and restaurant, clean everywhere, hotel felt fresh and new. But the bathroom layout honestly would cause me not to come back.
