The suite was a great size for our family of 4 (kids aged 11 and 14). There is a sun room off the main bedroom with a good size pullout sofa bed, big enough for the two kids to share, and it was nice that the kids had a separate room and space for there things. Bathroom was very large as well. I wish there was AC as it got very stuffy in the room (the cleaners kept shutting the windows), but fortunately there were lots of windows to let in fresh air during cooler nights. Overall, very nice choice of room for our family, and nice area to stay in with easy bus access.

It is a beautiful hotel near the Ausser Alster, quiet place. Beautiful view at the city, to sit at the water, to walk. Good breakfast. I am not satified with the reservation without telling me that we should sleep in the souterain for 3 days, where it was dark. The changed the room eventually and that was oke. But if I had known I would't shose this room.

The hotel was aesthetically beautiful but it was incredible loud. Likely because of it being a listed building with wooden floors. The people or person in the room above mine stopped around so I had to sleep with earplugs in. Breakfast was good nice but nothing outstanding about it. The coffee was terrible

Great place, cozy feeling

Very nice rooms. Excellent location. Great breakfast. The only setback was that is became a bit warm without air conditioning (it was 35 degrees C outside when we were there in the beginning of July.

Nice, wouldn't mind coming back.

Nice hotel, lovely location. Large and clean rooms, good breakfast buffet. Polite and friendly staff. However, parking is not on offer as stated in ad. Free parking on what can be crowded streets. We had to spend some time looking for a spot. Wifi in our room was useless.
