We stayed here for two nights and everything was great. Parking along the street is a big plus as well as the Underground and Train station close by. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We didn’t eat at the hotel.

Unser Aufenthalt war wie gewohnt sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt schön zentral für Unternehmungen. U- und S-Bahn sind nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt.

Wir waren nun bereits zum vierten Mal innerhalb der letzten zwei Jahre in diesem Hotel und waren bei unseren bisherigen Aufenthalten immer zufrieden. Leider hatten wir dieses Mal den Eindruck, dass der Service und die Qualität im Vergleich zu den vergangenen Aufenthalten etwas nachgelassen haben. Bereits der Check-in hat relativ lange gedauert, und auch beim Check-out gab es längere Warteschlangen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren dabei dennoch jederzeit sehr freundlich, bemüht und hilfsbereit, an ihnen persönlich lag es aus unserer Sicht nicht. Vielmehr scheint das Servicekonzept insgesamt etwas sparsamer geworden zu sein als noch bei unseren früheren Besuchen. Etwas irritiert waren wir beispielsweise darüber, dass die Zimmer erst ab dem zweiten Tag gereinigt und die Handtücher nicht automatisch gewechselt wurden. Nach über 60 Minuten Wartezeit haben wir uns schließlich selbst an der Rezeption neue Handtücher geholt bzw. diese dort getauscht. Natürlich ist das eher ein kleines „Luxusproblem“, allerdings wäre eine kurze Information über die offenbar geänderten Reinigungsintervalle hilfreich gewesen. Gerade wenn man beispielsweise Sonnencreme im Auge hat und kurzfristig ein frisches Handtuch benötigt, ist das etwas unpraktisch. Insgesamt ist das Hotel nach wie vor in Ordnung und wir haben uns grundsätzlich wohlgefühlt. Nach inzwischen vier Aufenthalten haben wir jedoch den Eindruck, dass die Qualität und der Service sich verschlechtert haben. Dennoch ein solides Hotel.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis des Frühstückbuffets lässt zu wünschen übrig. Zimmer sehr angenehm, zum Glück Lärmschutzfenster, weil das Hotel direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt. Ansonsten ganz gutes Hotel für eine Städtetour, U- und S-Bahn fußläufig zu erreichen.
