Sehr netter Gastgeber der wirklich dem man den Spass an der Arbeit anmerkt. Schade, dass das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss keine Sicht nach draußen bietet, dadurch fühlt man sich ein bißchen wie im Keller. Ansonsten top Service und große Zimmer mit bequemen Bett

アパートを借りている感じ Just like renting an apartment

(English follows Japanese) 建物の1部屋を自由に使わせてもらえます。1人で使いましたが十分な広さでした。夏に訪れて、冷房がないことを気にしていましたが、大丈夫でした。土地柄、夏でも気温があまり高くならず（むしろ夜は寒いぐらいでした）、また、空気循環装置で暑さ・寒さが緩和されていて、過ごしやすかったです。扇風機もありました。Wifiも快調でした。電子レンジと冷蔵庫、それに食器を使えるので、テイクアウトした食品を温めたりして便利でした。近くにスーパーも複数あります。私のときは部屋が1階で、昼間は割と車が通ったりする通りに面しているので、気になる人は耳栓などを持参するとよいでしょう。要望があればオーナーさんに相談してみるとよいと思います。フロントがないので、空港でオーナーさんに電話してから、電車などで宿に向かうとよいと思います。

Convenient for the airport, with kitchenette

A nice apartihotel with easy airport Sbahn access. Host keen to help, but no onsite presence. Need to phone to get access. Quiet, comfortable, single studio in good condition. Location has no attractions but Ubahn is close.

In Summe Top .. man sollte es nur vorab wissen

Ich habe mich bei meinem 5tägigen Geschäftsaufenthalt wohl gefühlt, ein Apartment mit eigener Küche ist mein bevorzugter Buchungstyp. Was man wissen sollte, es ist ein ehemaliger Laden im Erdgeschoss ... also keine Frischluft und kein Tageslicht ...die Abschottung zum Straßengeschehen erfolgt also über Jalousien. Ich hatte dieses vorher in einer Bewertung gelesen, warum darum nicht überrascht und habe mich die Tage dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ums Eck findet man alles was man braucht, Bäcker Supermärkte U-Bahn, parken vor dem Haus nur für 2 h gebührenpflichtig möglich, man muss also im Wohngebiet suchen .... Ich bin dienstlich viel in Hotels unterwegs, der Schlafkomfort dieses Bettes war genial. In der Küche habe ich alles erforderliche gefunden ... alles sehr sauber ... Bei sensiblem Schlaf kann man Ohropax nutzen ... gehört zum Zimmerservice. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich, sehr zuverlässig. Also ich werde mich bei meinem nächsten Hamburg Besuch hier wieder einquartieren ....

Owner was helpfull and friendly. It is set up like a apartment which was not mentioned when we booked so make sure you have credit on your phone so you can call the number on the door otherwise you cant get in.

Ottimo

Confortevole, pulita, a 50 mt dalla metro e dal supermercato, e a 150 mt dal treno (linea S1 aeroporto-stazione centrale), la struttura è costituita da un corridoio comune che conduce ai 3 monolocali. Camera confortevole, riscaldamento autonomo, scaldasalviette in bagno. Letto da una piazza e mezzo con piumini caldissimi (a metà giugno li abbiamo graditi molto) e doppi cuscini. Cucinetta con stoviglie (inclusi calici per vino, calici per prosecco e decanter!), attrezzatura come nella descrizione del sito e posateria... tutto per due. A disposizione nella camera abbiamo trovato sale, zucchero, the, caffè, 1 bottiglia di acqua, frutta, detersivo stoviglie, shampoo, balsamo e crema corpo. Molto gentile e ospitale il proprietario che risponde su whatsapp al n. indicato. Oltre a tedesco e inglese parla un poco di italiano. Il portoncino e la porta si aprono con un codice, per cui non è necessario riconsegnare le chiavi, alla partenza si lascia semplicemente spalancata la porta della stanza. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione eccellente e gentilezza! Andateci!

Groß, ruhig, sauber aber ungewöhnlich

Sehr lieber Gastgeber, der sein möglichstes gibt. Der Raum ist komfortabel groß und die enthaltenen Möbel in gutem Zustand. Es ist sauber, ordentlich und ruhig. Allerdings handelt es sich bei den Appartments zum Teil um umgebaute Ladenlokale, so dass der Vorhang zur Straße vermutlich immer zu bleibt und man so ein wenig ungewöhnlich ohne Ausblick wohnt. Für ein paar geschäftliche Übernachtungen war das OK.

Prima verblijf voor heel redelijke prijs

het was een heel nette kamer, ruim en heel proper, alles was voorzien (van zeep en shampoo tot koffie en thee, vers fruit, fles water en appelsap, en dit gratis), ideaal voor een kort verblijf, en voor een langer verblijf natuurlijk ook, als je zelf voor je ontbijt wil zorgen.... De ontvangst was ook vriendelijk, goede uitleg over alle faciliteiten. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar via openbaar vervoer, eetgelegenheden en supermarktje voor (ontbijt)benodigdheden vlakbij.

Unsere Neue Nr.1 in Hamburg

Wir haben es bedauert das wir nicht länger bleiben konnten, aber das holen wir bestimmt noch nach. Haben die Küche als sehr praktisch empfunden. da wir am nächsten Tag früh weiter reisen mußten konnten wir im Zimmer frühstücken. und noch Kaffee für die weiter Fahrt kochen. :)

Pension m. Studio-App. recht zentral u angenehm

Der Kontakt war stets sehr freundlich und angenehm, alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Alles war da, was man so brauchen konnte in Küche und Bad. Zwar ist alles recht neu, von 2016 - wie uns erklärt wurde -, doch teilweise nicht die aller teuerste Ausstattung, bunt zusammen gewürfelt, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis von €63/Nacht (für 2 Pax) stimmt trotzdem.
