Das Zimmer war klein, aber pfiffige eingerichtet. Sauber, ruhig und ordentlich. Wir kommen gern wieder. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

The staff gave us the wrong wifi password and inside of the room was not signal service. The place smelled so bad and the washroom had no door so not good at all. Stains everywhere, the washroom had hair on the floor. The only thing that looked clean was the bed but now we didn’t wanna sleep there. We couldn’t go and complaint because the reception is in a different building around the corner. We couldn’t leave because we have our luggage and it was 10:30 pm so we just slept there :(.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment in an old building close to the main railway station. Breakfast available in the nearby Novum hotel just around the corner. Decent price.

Central location, near by .S U bahn and Central Station. All places to go very convenient. Staffs quite friendly and helpful (esp Mr.Apolo, at reception guy) So far we stayed quite satisfied except but dangerous at night near by many homeless and drunken people outside coz of very conetral area.

The app does not provide accurate information: - you have to check in via the hotel opposite (not via email code) - the app helpline workers do not know this: contacting them the day before, and they couldn't answer or help - the email link for check in from the app/the hotel sends you doesn't work - the hotel is via stairs only (wheelchair user arrived while we were there) - kitchenette is under equipped (no microwave, no plug for the sink to wash up, 1 small saucepan for cooking); everything needed washing up before using, as stains in pans, cutlery, plates and mugs - broken tiles in room and shower room - large stains on carpet (and hairballs appeared) - hotel felt very "unloved" (obviously difficult for the cleaner to do a spotless job) - reception staff at hotel opposite were helpful and kind - area immediately outside the door feels unsafe: the dealers are a (very) nearby presence (whichever corner of the street you enter by, you have to walk past them), but they are non-theatening, and the users using the main doorway as a place to shelter were all very polite and kind when we went in and out and would move over whenever we said "hello" - overnight: room was quiet - couldn't hear much from outside - incredibly close to main station

Laut Aushang im Zimmer ist seit ende letztem Jahres Legionellen Probleme im Trinkwasser. Das müsste wohl vor Anreisen mitgeteilt werden. Wir hatten einen Herd wo nur zwei Herdplatten funktionierten und der Dunstabzug hatte die letzte Sicherheitsprüfung nicht bestanden.

Hotellets beliggenhed er meget centralt. Desværre i en gade hvor det flyder med stoffer, hjemløse og narkomaner. Vi følte os dissideret udtrykke bare ved at flytte vores bil fra parkeringen ved fortorvet over i et sikkert parkeringshus. Linket vi modtog over mail virkede ikke ved ankomsten, så vi måtte via et skilt i døren finde frem til receptionen i en anden bygning på modsatte side af vejen rundt om et hjørne. Her var personalet dog hjælpsomme og serviceminded. Værelset var fint og rent, så intet at komme efter der. Til gengæld bankede det på vores dør lidt før kl 09.00 hvor vi ikke nåede at åbne. Her låste der sig en person ind ad døren som snakkede tysk og virkede overrasket over at vi var der. Da jeg spurgte hvad han ville, så sagde han noget uforklarligt og forsvandt hurtigt fra værelset. Han havde hverken remedier med til at gøre rent eller lave andet håndværkerarbejde. Men havde et nøglekort til vores værelse. (Yderst ubehageligt) Det betød at vi tjekkede ud 30 min senere og tog alle vores ting med. Vi blev simpelthen nervøse for, at det var en der ville rode i vores ting og i værste fald sjæle dem. Vi kommer derfor ikke igen.

Great stay very comfortable

Family Apartment was amazing for the price , very clean and tidy huge amout of space 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms , kitchen ,2 balcony The only downside was the lift being out of order no good to anyone who cant climb stairs was a bit of a struggle to climb few times per day Ideal place if you are visiting hamburg right next to central train station lots of public transportation and restaurants.

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gab eine Küchenzeile, Wasserkocher + Tee sowie einen Kühlschrank. Durch die Lage zum Hof war es sehr ruhig. Generell war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und das Bett zwar schmal aber bequem. Auch das Fruhstück, welches im Graf Moltke angeboten wurde, war absolut in Ordnung. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

Our room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The friendly receptionist at the nearby hotel, where we checked in, was kind to change our room, which did not have the same smell. Cleaning was however still sub-par. We chose the hotel for it’s convenient location close to the central train station, but the area is quite busy and not the most pleasant for kids.

Die Zimmer und die Bäder waren ok. Aber die Umgebung war halt direkt am HBF. Jeden Tag lag ein Obdachloser vor der Haustür. Nachts war vor der Tür immer Geschrei weswegen man mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen musste. ( keine Klima). Aufzug war nur Deko. Für die 3 Nächte war es jedoch aushaltbar.
