"What a great stay my mother had in Joseph's Slope Side Cozy Studio. Beautiful accommodations that were clean and spacious with a lovely view. The host was incredibly attentive, with appropriate messaging from booking all the way to check-out. "This was an absolute last resort hotel because I don't like to support companies that work with ICE, which has famously been Hilton. However, driving across the country with pets, options can be limited. Being the last night, it was extremely nice to have a 12pm check out time. However, it was not super nice to have house keeping asking me if I was checking out that day when it was 11:30. We definitely slept in longer than intended but it was really off putting to feel like we are inconveniencing the staff when we aren't doing anything wrong. Not only that but the house keeping person parked her carts right outside of our door, not making it any easier to move quickly. I spoke with the front desk person (Chuck) about this and he apologized and reassured me that I had plenty of time. Upon checking out, we had a nice conversation that left me feeling better about the stay but it's a hard pass from here on out. Extra money can go to a better stay with higher moral standards."

"Shabby is the only word to describe this hotel. From corroded faucets in the reception area bathrooms to corroded mirror frame and peeling paint in the bathroom, thread bare, stained sheets, we were happiest when we checked out. Hard to believe Wyndham would attach their name to this one before a full renovation. I don’t trust this brand as much now."

"Really enjoyed our weekend mother/daughter/granddaughter get away. Check in was very easy and the ladies in the front were very helpful. The lobby was welcoming and we played pool on the 2nd night there. Unfortunately the hot tub was taken over by a bunch of teenagers who kept going back and forth from the pool to the hot tub. There was another "pool/hot tub?" that we were able to use but the water was lukewarm and no jets and the built in seating felt a little grimy. We didn't get a chance to use the sauna because it was always filled. It's a little deceiving when it comes to the bar. When you use the QR code it gives you a list of drinks but when we tried to order one the woman behind the bar laughed at us and said she had not idea what those were. She was not very friendly and after hearing her talking to another guest it seems as though she was covering for someone else. She could have been a little friendlier in my opinion. The rooms were spacious and clean. Overall a great experience."
