"Very quick and easy walk to the hotel from Fantasy Springs or the Bayside Station. Hotel staff was very friendly. There is a small convenience store in the lobby as well as a restaurant that I was able to grab to go food from after a long park day. Room was very large and spacious! "

"The location of this property is perfect for beginners! We took a bus from Narita airport and landed at Shin Urayasu station which is right across the street from this hotel! We did choose this hotel for Disneyland which the hotel offers a free shuttle for. The breakfast buffet is delicious! If you’re debating to include that for your stay, I say go for it! Overall the staff was extremely helpful, room was beautiful and the amenities and location of the property is perfect."

"Clean, bed and pillows horrible and couldn’t use AC which was frustrating Hot food was cold at the buffet breakfast on each of the 3 days Staff were excellent and place was well presented "

"The room was okay if you don’t plan on staying there very long. One microwave and ice machine for everybody to use, be prepare to wait. The room was cramp, I keep hitting against the walls and I am not a big person. The only benefit was that it was only ten minutes away from the airport if you take the train."
