Free parking, breakfast was great and free, I will use this hotel again!

The double bed takes up most of the space in the room, but that's all that's needed for an overnight stay. Very clean. The hotel is situated back from the main road and is flanked by a residential zone, so it's very quiet. The metro/subway is a quick 5 minute walk and has service to downtown Chiba every 15 mins, where you can transfer to an express line to Narita Airport that runs every hour (during business hours). The transfer station contains parallel tracks and platforms, accessible by...

The place was great, they helped out as much as possible. The breakfast was amazing I fell in love with one of their juices and now I don’t want any other dumplings lol!! The place is in a good location if you are visiting near by areas, but it is a little ways from Tokyo. It is our fault that we couldn’t communicate well with them when there English employee wasn’t there, but will definitely visit again and hope to know more of the language!!

Great location and very nice for the cost

Clean room. Spacious and comfortable.

I really liked my stay here. The staff was great. My room was clean. Definitely worth paying the extra for the breakfast option… it was great, with lots of food options. The dining area was clean and well organized and the staff did a really good job at replenishing food before it ran out. I thought it was cool that they offer the free welcome cocktails and rice and tea daily. I was not able to enjoy the free Onsen access because of all my tattoos, but it did seem quite popular with other...

My stay here was straight the staff was pretty chill and very helpful even if they don't speak English.

Definitely would recommend, the staff were so kind and friendly ✨🙏

I really liked the shuttle service. Having been in the busiest parts of Tokyo, I looked forward to the quiet and natural surroundings of this property. If I want a mall, supermarket or train station, the free shuttle provides the transportation. A fabulous hotel if you're planning days at Disney Sea and /or Disneyland. Very convenient.

I like it

The stay and hotel staff were great and very helpful, only issue I had was the airport shuttle never showed up so I had to taxi to the airport. Only complaint I have really.

The property was close to the JR train line so it made for easy transit to Disneyland. They even had a free shuttle to the train station in the early morning. Also there were paid limousine bus transfers to Hanada and Narita airports. Wonderful views and the Onsen was great

Very nice hotel. Restaurant Origine was exceptional. Property conveniently located to public transport and shopping and restaurants. Limited English spoken by most hotel staff.

Right by the station and shopping center. Very convenient. But it's japanese business hotel so no fancy restaurant. Do not see

駅まで1分　買い物食事が便利

Breakfast was amazing as well as big public bath!
