"I got superb service by the staff at the information counter! They were helpful regardless of the language challenge. They took the time and was patient to understand. I admire that. The food at the California restaurant was also very good for the price. Keep it up!"

"The shuttle to Disney helped out a lot, they had good amenities. We had a week long stay and cleaned once, which I preferred. They came in daily to empty the trash out and give us new bath towels and pjs. We didn’t use the pjs or foot massage so I can’t speak on those. Over all enjoyed the stay. "

"Our second stay here and really easy access to both Disney parks. Big choice of western and Japanese for breakfast. Hotel has an inbuilt convenience store but the onigiri shelf was usually empty at the times we wanted to buy some."
