Beautiful vacation rental at the foot of the Annaberg in the western part of Haltern am See, within walking distance of a wooded area, located in a residential neighborhood with single-family and two-family homes built in the late 1990s, available for rent.
The non-smoking vacation apartment, approximately 72 square meters in size, is located on the 1st floor and currently accommodates 3 people.
The apartment consists of a completely newly furnished kitchen, a dining room opening onto a living room with a TV (52 inches), as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
The south-facing balcony is approximately one-third covered, furnished with patio furniture (table/chairs), and offers a beautiful view of the nearby gardens.
The vacation rental is ideal for vacationers but, unfortunately, is not suitable for technicians and/or tradespeople!

Stays of 3 weeks or longer are available by request only!
A parking space is available in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the on-site garage.
