Nice views. Good quiet environment. Solitude. And on the other hand close to town

Wonderful couple get away.
We had great stay in this place. It is nice and cosy. A good breakaway and get close to nature. Love to see all the Kangaroo and Emu. The jacuzzi is an extra bonus. If the host can just let us turn on the heater freely for the bathroom instead of using the timer, it will be way much better. We have no clue of when it will be on and off.
Excellent location, beautiful views, very warm and comfortable. Huge amount of wild life. Kangaroos, Kookaburas, cockatoos. Easy walk to the restaurants.
The positives - On arrival the property is beautiful, big picturesque windows to view nature at your doorstep, big mountain views and the stars from bed at night. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the couch you could slouch in all day. The property is in a great position and you can walk easily to the main areas of halls gap.
The nagatives - i must first say I've been to halls gap many times so didn't go this time to be a tourist, i have a terminal illness so booked this villa for the view, comfort and intention to relax.
Some things may seem small but the price paid for the villa i think is top end so theres an expectation of the small things.
The tv reception was very poor and most channels didn't work.
Fire was great for heat but the dial to work it was so close to the fire itself it got so hot you'd burn yourself.
Bathroom needs underfloor heating or a heat sauce as its freezing. The shower looks fancy but there's not enough pressure to operate more than just one showerhead so all the gadgets are pointless and just when you get warm under the showerhead and turn the body jets on the jets spray ice cold water, a warning would have been nice.
There is a convection oven, never used one, not sure what materials can go in it even after googling the instruction guide its still a mystery. The food needing roasting came home.
a non stick frying pan would be useful rather than the electric frying pan that everything sticks to.decent utensils rather than $2 shop plastic

Romantic getaway
This is a wonderful location for a romantic trip away. Private, idyllic setting and comfortable accommodation. Close to lots of eateries and a short drive to picturesque walks and fine wineries. Will definitely be coming back
Great property. We loved everything about it. The daytime views of The Pinnacle, local wildlife and surrounds through the enormous windows are wonderful. Matched by the night views of the starry sky. Peaceful, cozy, relaxing and romantic.
