Shout-out to the housekeeper madam 孔卫红, she took great care of our room, restock the amenities and does a wonder daily cleaning. On the first night my wife found the pillow to be too soft so she stacked a bathrobe underneath it, the housekeeper noticed this the next day and place an additional pillow for her without us asking. Wonderful!"

The staff was helpful, there was an issue with the lights which they fixed immediately. The hotel is at a five minute walk from a shopping centre area with plenty of restaurants and a tube station (Line 5)"
