Step into a warm, inviting space where modern decor meets practical living. The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a fully stocked kitchen — everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Located on the 2nd floor (stair access only; no elevator)
No air conditioning, washer, or dryer on-site

The Neighborhood:
The North End is a diverse and vibrant central location known for its mix of residential, commercial, and cultural amenities. Here are some key features you might find in the area. The housing styles are varied, representing both historic and more modern architecture.
North Street and the surrounding area offer a range of local shops, boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. It's a great place to explore and experience the local culture.
The North End is relatively close to downtown Halifax, making it convenient for residents to access the city's main attractions, business districts, and entertainment venues.
Getting Around:
The neighborhood is well-connected to public transportation, making it convenient to explore the wider Halifax area.
Other Things to Note:
We have 4 units in this building. Each unit can be booked individually, or contact us to reserve multiple units for larger groups.
Located on the 2nd floor, this apartment requires using stairs, as there's no elevator available.
There is no AC, washer, or dryer.
Parking: parking spaces available on the driveway. There will be a fee of $10 per night.
If the parking spaces are full , you can park on the street.
PARKING (CONTINUOUS):
In Halifax, parking availability is limited. To efficiently manage the small number of parking spots available and enhance our guests' experience, we've collaborated with the parking operator, 'Honk.' Guests can conveniently select their desired parking duration and make payments by scanning the QR code displayed on the parking sign or with the provided link. Please make sure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers.
- The guest can arrive any time and purchase the nightly rate for $10 valid until 11:00 am.
- The rate is called "continuous parking" which means that once they leave, the spot might be gone.
- The rate is intended to have guests pay a full night without moving the vehicle
- The rate expires at 11:00 am.
As an alternative: there is an option to buy hourly rates at $1 per hour.
Our provision of essential supplies is a testament to our dedication to your care, aiming to make your Halifax visit as worry-free and enjoyable as possible.
We're happy to provide you with the following supplies for your convenience for FREE:
● Salt and pepper
● 2x toilet paper
● 1 paper towel
● 5 bath towels, 5 face cloths, 2 hand towels.
● 2 washer pods, 2 dryer sheets (if unit has washer/dryer)
