* The shower is outdoors, with walls obscuring it from view of other structures on the property. The half bathroom is inside the unit. No laundry on site. No cooktop is available.

* Please keep in mind that you are visiting Hawaii countryside where the animals are a regular and important part of life. Ants, roosters, geckos, lizards, and cockroaches live alongside humans here. We will always have a clean and well-kept place for you with routine pest control, but please be advised that little visitors are not uncommon.

* This unit is on a property with other rental(s) but there are no shared walls or floors, with sufficient distance between them to allow for privacy. There are no shared interior spaces and each unit has a private entrance.
