Wonderfully modern and clean home. The best part was the restaurant next door and the private Onsen soaring tub. They provide a number toiletries as a convenience if you didn’t bring any. The mini splits do take time to warm up the home, but once they do it is very comfortable.

Great private onsen, close to hakone cruise ferry. Arrived early before check in time, owner did not respond quick enough for the door lock. Luckily met the owner when arrived at the destination to put in the luggage.

Unable to contact them. No response to any messages. The email they sent didn't have a password, so we couldn't check in. If it weren't for other guests staying at our other house, we would have had to stay in our car. They said they also waited an hour yesterday. When we called customer service, she only spoke Japanese and disconnected as soon as she heard English. If you think this is acceptable, you can check in.

梅と桃は同じ建物内の為、音や声が聞こえます。 今回梅に宿泊したのですが、桃に宿泊している集団が夜中の3時過ぎまで大騒ぎしており寝れませんでした。 さすがに酷かったので、直接インターホンを鳴らし騒音をやめて欲しい事と、これ以上騒音が酷ければ警察を呼ぶと伝えたらやっと止まりました。 出来れば常駐で管理者を一人設けて、そういう客に対して即時退室や出入り禁止等の処置をしてほしいです。 あと寝れずに快適に過ごすことが出来なかったので、お金を返してほしいと思ったぐらいなので、重く受け止めてほしいです。

湖が近くて、とても環境の良い場所でした。 お湯の出方が弱いのが気になりますが、 微かな硫黄の匂いに温泉成分を感じ、 リフレッシュできました。
