About this property
Top of the Pass with beautiful mountain views
- This is a 4 bedroom 1 1/2 bath family rental sleeps 4 non smoking craftsman style house with mountain views close to many activities and only 5 miles to closest ski area and many others ski areas are within easy driving distance. Hunter Mountain is 5 miles, Windham is less than 15 miles, Belleayre and Catamount are about 30 miles. North Lake state park is just minutes away and you can hike to a 200 Ft. Waterfall. The highest in NY. You can also hike to the mountains, walk to the general store or church. There is so much to do in the great outdoors.
This is an old house not a 5 star hotel. Its clean and comfortable in a convince location. Much work has been done with much more to be done. The roof was completed and now more interior painting and repairs are being completed. I enjoy sharing this house with guests and traveler's. Please leave the house to as close as you found it when checking out. It's always getting better so come and enjoy the mountains.
