The space features 2 queen beds each with ensuite, 1 full bed, and a twin bunk bed, private pool (NOTE: POOL HEATER AVAILABLE FOR $25 EXTRA PER DAY) and located on the golf course in a quiet cul-de-sac, perfect for families or groups. Washing machine and dryer provided. Parking available on the homes driveway. The house stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and AC. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this gorgeous home offers a phenomenal base for your stay. Located approximately 20 miles from Disney World, 25 miles from Universal Studios and 27 miles from Legoland. 6 miles to shopping at Posner Village. And just minutes to many grocery stores and restaurants.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Pool fence and pool access door alarms are there for your safety, you are responsible for choosing to use them or not.
NO smoking inside. Please make sure "cigarettes" are out and dispose of properly.
