「Great experience, we were picked up at the airport by friendly staff on time, the hotel is a 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel property is clean, safe, and welcoming. The staff was always welcoming, caring, friendly, and professional. The food was delicious, the rooms had air conditioning, hot water, were very large and comfortable. We stayed with them on two different occasions and we will use them again on future stays.」

「Great place to get ready to hike Kili or go on a safari. Not 5 star but pretty nice - decent food, great service and ready to please. Good wifi and hot water! Lots of people going coming from Kili!」

「Our stay in this hotel is a good experience. the service is excellent. the condition of the hotel is good we have some little issues but they were urgent to fix it. joseph one of the server there was very kind and accomodating, always making sure were taken care off. the owner also check on us everyday. i would recommend this hotel for a great experience in Kilimanjaro. plus factor you can see the view of mt Kilimanjaro.」

「I did wrote to you about before,you dont read previous notes. I left this accomodotion because of that problems with previous owners.I wrote to you about this as well -you dont read it either. You recommending something what doesnt exist officially,causing a lots of trouble for guests and staff.Guests like me leaving hotel with disappointment. Who is going to recompansate a money i lost? Thats a question what I am looking for?? and answer...
