"We had an amazing New Year’s stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and comfortably fit seven families. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Tim was an outstanding host — incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. When we accidentally left a pair of glasses behind, he mailed them back immediately. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% stay here again!"

"The house was amazing and I was impressed with how clean it was when I got there. The only two things I noticed that were issues was the front, left burner didnt seem to work properly on the stove (no biggie) and the dryer doesn't work properly. There is heat and it runs but clothes and towels wouldnt dry."

"Loved how close to the Warren Dunes it was, the large bedrooms and living space. The entire home was larger in person than shown in the pictures. It was great for our family, and would definitely book another stay next summer. "

"We had our 8 year old granddaughter for the week of her spring vacation. The weather is iffy in Illinois during this time of year, so we opted for a place with an indoor pool. She loved the pool and slide. My husband and I are in our 70’s, so we loved the ranch style of house. The area was just beautiful. We both love Michigan very much, and this was pretty close to home.
