"Location is wonderful, food superb, beds not so great for me."

"Staff were very kind. The Kaiseki dinner was superb. Although we did not use the public bath, the private bath reserved was great and our bodies felt less sore after a long dip. "

"The level of service was exceptional"

"Excellent location and very good layout for our family of four. There was a lot of room and the facilities were excellent. It was in a great location and we could park our car easily too. Highly recommend."

"Beautiful views, several private and/or 2 public onsen options, delicious and filling traditional Japanese meals (breakfast and dinner), lots of free amenities, free valet parking and wonderful hospitality."

"Very friendly staff and lovely room with great sea view. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was excellent."

"Staff, breakfast and dinner are all excellent"

"Très bon accueil, communication rapide et claire, bonnes propositions pour le choix de restaurants La maison est spacieuse, avec tous les accessoires nécessaires et très belle."

"The location is very peaceful indeed, and we found our Japanese room very comfortable. Options for breakfast were a bit limited. Nice to be able to book the ofuro but the schedule is a bit too restrictive (5-10 p.m. only). Overall a nice place to stay and good value for money."

"Basic onsen next door for $4 discounted entry for hotel guests was nice, with nice front lounge area. Hotel was a nice enough average business hotel style. Staff was super friendly and helpful, as usual in Japan :)"

"Loved it 100% suggest"

"I liked its location. A great location away from the busier areas around the Shin Yamaguchi Station. Great location to get around if you have a rental car. I toured the entire circumference of the Prefecture in two days!"

"Very Nice and friendly hôtel. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. With a lot of personality"

"Nice hotel"

"Very comfortable stay at clean and large room with big onsen."

"Nice hotel, was a bit more expensive, probably because of the onsen on site. Yamaguchi is a wonderful city!"

"Great location, good but slightly underwhelming breakfast and restaurant, some might not appreciate having to use the hot spring bath two doors down. "

"This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but it exceeds expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was exciting and delicious, and the decor was creative with plants, travel information, and themes of Okinawa. Great for young or independent travelers who like a taste of multiculturalism. My parents in their late 50s also loved it and found it entertaining. Note: the bathroom facilities were a little rugged, if that's important to you."

"Incredible experience. Dinners were off the charts and staff is exceptional"
