Nice accommodation for a great price

I don't know where to begin this. First of all, if I had been able to take myself and my baggage to another hotel, I would have done so day one. I am disabled and have a hard time moving my legs. I contacted the property before my arrival to tell them that I cannot walk stairs and therefore I needed a room on the bottom floor. AT THAT TIME it would have been great to let me know that the bed is NOT accessible unless you can jump up 3-4 feet from the foot end to the bed. The beds only have access to from the foot end. The first thing I saw when entering the room was a sofa obviously been thrown out the window from the floor above. Sitting there broken in the rain making me think they don't really care about the property and its contents. Then next thought was, since I cannot get IN the bed maybe I can sleep in the couch that was in the room but no, it was broken! There are NO wardrobes or hangers in the studio. There is a closet but it is for a broom, a safety box and a hair dryer. Needless to say, a broken hairdryer. So only way to store any clothes was in drawers UNDER the bed, eh ? There is no way I can get down there. The bathroom floor of course got a little wet when I showered the first day. When I dried it up the rug got black. So dirty it was filthy. The stove had left-overs from previous cooking. Yuck! Another reason for choosing this place they promised a microwave. there was none. The kitchen lamp had working bulb and 2 broken ones. WORST experience ever!!!
