1000 sq ft of living space includes One Bedroom with 1 full bed/twin over, separate twin bed, 2 sofa sleepers and a kids size futon.

Kitchen includes microwave, full fridge and stove.

Living room includes 2 sleeper sofas (mentioned above) along with an additional living area.

Outdoor patio with grill and patio table and chairs. These items are not available in the winter.

Winter renters will be asked to turn the main water valve on and off(easy step) and bring their own shovel if they want the small sidewalk. Renters must supply own laundry soap, body soap, hand soap and dish soap, garbage bags(in winter months)
as well as supplying their own towels.
