The Grand Hotel was a great place to stay. Respectful and accommodating staff and always willing to help when needed. In the middle of Hachinohe and is a good hotel to stay while walking the city but very safe and quiet.

Great place to stay.

A very pleasant surprise. The rooms are enormous for a Japanese business hotel. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is standard for this type of hotel. Staff were very helpful. Free sake tasting was an added bonus.

Super friendly staff!

We stayed only one night, and already looking forward to be back. Staff were amazing, very helpful, super welcoming, recommended good restaurant near by. Rooms are huge for Japan standards. Sake tasting in the hotel. Price is more than fair, all recommendations!

Lovely stay. Comfy bed, clean room, WiFi great, drains perfect, smelled nice. Grab a drink at the top floor in the wonderful bar. Terrific location for train station, buses, nightlife and museums.

The room was clean and spacious; the staff were very nice; and the price was great! I got a room on the fifth floor, and the view was nice but nothing spectacular. I mostly loved how much space there was in the room! I could easly stay in the room all day if it was rainy or I didn't feel like going out. There are several convinience stores within easy walking distance as well as bus stops, train station, shopping, restaurants, and a nice park. The art museum is right next door, although I did not get an oppertunity to check it out. I chose to get my meals from convinence stores to keep my costs down, but there is a restaurant in the hotel as well. Would recommend to anyone staying in Hachinohe!

親戚と会食をしたり、墓参りや観光などいろいろな用事を済ませるのに最適な立地でした。 駅やバス停に近いし、買い物にも便利で助かりました。朝市を楽しみにしてきたので、朝の臨時便に充分間に合いました。 タクシーもフロントで親切に対応していただきました。 設備は古いですが、清掃が行き届き気持ち良く過ごすことができました。 リネン物は上質感があり良かったです。 欲を言えば、パジャマはセパレートでズボンがあると嬉しい。女性が販売機などへ行くのにも安心感があります。 スタッフの皆様には笑顔で対応していただき、館内は落ち着いた雰囲気でした。コーヒーも美味しかったです♪お世話になりました。

宿泊は初めて利用させて頂きました。昔の印象があったため、今はスタッフの方の様子も変わられているように思いましたが、どこもそうだと思いますので許容範囲でした。 施設が古いのは仕方がないですし、エントランスや廊下などは気を遣われていると思いましたが、お風呂の鏡の端の壁のカビなどは、部屋を利用した人しか分からないかもしれませんが、もう少し改善できるのでは？と感じました。 部屋の広さは最近のビジネスホテルと比較しても十分な広さでした。
