"Great location, very close to Minneriya Safari. Has a nice jungle vibe, surrounded by monkeys and Toucans. The accommodation and food is decent. We booked four people, but the staff tried to claim that we only get 3 beds. It was quickly resolved and they added an extra bed to the room. "

"Via een landweggetje kom je op een plek met een prachtige tuin en een groot huis. De ontvangst door Kumare is hartelijk. Het huis heeft zeer ruime kamers en goede algemene ruimtes, zoals een zitkamer/ eetkamer en mooie veranda’s. Authentiek ingericht. Je kunt ontbijt en diner bestellen, heerlijke bbq, koffie volop etc. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed. Echt een aanrader!"

"Wir haben in einem der neuen 2-stöckigen Familienzimmer übernachtet. Es sah auch in echt so schön aus wie auf den Bildern. Das "Badezimmer" war nach oben hin offen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, uns wurde jeden Tag eine große Auswahl angeboten. An einem Abend haben wir BBQ gegessen. Manches war etwas trocken, aber insgesamt hat es sich dennoch gelohnt. "Location is good. Lots of ants and insects in the room. Host was welcoming. But be aware of food cost. Ask price before ordering. We order seafood dinner for three. He made combination of fish, calamari, tiny crabs and few shrimp and charged 50 dollars(water for drink). We paid as we did not ask before eating. Then he came back and ask 800 rupees for driver’s break fast. We paid. A minute later he came for driver’s accommodation cost. At that point we said, NO. We stayed 2 weeks in Sri Lanka....
