「Room was very basic and overpriced just because it has a mountain view and on the Ha Giang Loop. We had no hot water on arrival after a long ride on the Ha Giang Loop. The receptionist was good. She tried to get one of her workers to fix it. After over 2 hours, we finally had slightly hot water, better than what we had on arrival. Breakfast was ok. But they dont replenish the buffet so if you arrive late..too bad!」

「We really loved this hotel. The service was exceptional and the view was amazing. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because both nights we stayed, there were other guests that were very loud throughout the night and no one addressed it. We intentionally chose this hotel to be outside of the noise of the city, so it was a bummer to be kept up all night regardless. Also, their food was only ok and there was nothing else close by. Otherwise it was very comfortable and a beautiful...
