「For the price, and in Kisii, I would certainly recommend Dan's. It is safe, quiet and the staff is always ready to help make your stay more comfortable. The food in the restaurant is quite good. The breakfast buffet includes omelets made to your liking. We had a special request for a room to talk with some local people. The staff was very accomodating to our request on short notice.」

「Basically nothing described online is real. No Wifi ever there, not 19m². Management horrible, disturbing me day and even night in a rude manner Photos either old or fake. Took 45 min to get my room as rooms had toilets that didn't flush or shower without water. Very noisy are with late night nightclubs over the street, followed by early morning loud church... The rooms are run down. All mosquito nets had huge visible holes. Just avoid. 」

「The reception desk and rooms were on the 3rd floor. There was no elevator. Had to take cold showers. Only once was the water warm. Requested a chair but was never provided. Located in what seemed a unsafe location. When we arrived we were told they had not heard from Orbitz and we had no reservation. I had passed out after climbing 3 flights of stairs due to heart condition. I gave them our paper word yet they continued to harass us and say we owed more than we were booked for. We told...
