The space

Our first home built with art, structure and love. Standing out as the red brick structure among the routine and mundane houses. You will like the layout of the house and the privacy it offers even while enjoying sitting out on the lawn, on cool evenings sipping coffee or looking at the small birds on the lemon, guava and pomegranate trees at the back.

Guest access

There is one bedroom with an individual attached bathroom.
Travelers are able to access the living room, kitchen, the front lawn and the rooftop which are common areas, and in the rare event that the host family is in town we will respect your privacy. We only request you to lock the doors behind you when you are done using these areas.

The owners live in Philadelphia, Mumbai and occasionally come to New Delhi region to settle the guests and make sure that their needs are completely met.

Other things to note

We are unable to host guests who are recovering from medical or surgical procedures owing to the liability of the guests having infections or any falls at our home.
For any additional guests over the total number of two guests there will be additional charges of Rs 1000 per additional person per day and we may be able to accommodate you in our second bedroom on a case by case basis.
