Stayed in Chandigarh India. Friendly staff, clean room. Great customer service

I booked this hotel on the recommendation of colleagues who lived locally as they said it would be a safe and easy place to stay. Unfortunately it was none of these. The staff were unhelpful and argumentative , the room was difficult to use and not clean in places and the food average. As a solo traveller I did not feel safe in the hotel and had several unpleasant encounters with the staff. I have reached out several times to the hotel to resolve the concerns but did not receive a resolution. I would highly recommend you do not stay here if a solo traveller.
