"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. "Friendly staff. Bus stop right in front of the Hotel, comes very frequently and you can ride it fir free with hotel free ticket .Rail station is not within walking distance but bus takes you right in front in 7 minutes. "

What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding staff—everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Every request we made was handled promptly, efficiently, and always with a gracious smile. We extend our special thanks to Charles, Valentina, and Katrin for their kindness and warmth, as well as to the breakfast ladies—unfortunately, we did not catch their names. We are truly grateful for the excellent hospitality and would be delighted to return in the future."

"The hotel was nice and the breakfast very good. The cleanliness could be improved. Overall it was good, however the top bunk in the room had an accumulation of dust and hair in the cracks. There were also hairs on the towels. The hotel location was great, right off a busy tram line for easy commuting. "

"Clean room, polite and professional service, comfortable beds and good sized/clean bathrooms. Also, the hotel location is impeccable. I'm only giving 4 stars because: 1) the pillows were somewhat thin and not very easy to sleep on, and 2) there was an unpleasant odour at the front entrance to the hotel when we arrived and it stayed there for 2 days. Not sure what was causing it but I hope the hotel management takes care of it. Otherwise, excellent stay, I would come back to this hotel any time. "
