Welcome to our beautifully renovated home that offers 60ft of private frontage on all-sports Gun Lake at the south end in the quiet, Anchor Cove. Inside you will find an open concept floor plan that is excellent for entertaining, relaxing, and living those great family memories. The kitchen opens up to the family room and the stove faces the lake so you can enjoy the views while cooking. French doors lead to the vaulted ceiling master bedroom with a slider out to the deck.

There are two spacious bedrooms on the upper level. The first has a double bed while the second has two sets of twin bunk beds. Both also have great views of the lake. The expansive three level wood deck overlooks the lake and runs the full length of the house with nice built-in bench seats so that you can fully soak in the spectacular evening sunsets. The water is shallow close to shore and offers a sand bottom that is excellent for kids of all ages to swim and relax. There are two single person kayaks with life jackets that you can use to venture out on your own. The 100’ long dock offers a 10’ x 8’ sunning platform that reaches out to deeper water so you can dock your own boat or rent one from several places around the lake.

This is a home with real neighbors who live here year round, so please be respectful of them. Parking is limited to three spaces so plan accordingly.

The excellent location is close to Gun Lake Casino, Yankee Springs State Park with its expansive sandy beaches and inflatable water slide, Golf Courses, Gilmore Car Museum and the Bay Pointe Inn, which is just across the cove. We are less than one mile from the Barry County state hunting land for those looking for a fall hunting retreat.
