"It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. In the end I booked another night just so I got the break I had needed. So the lesson is make sure you get what you pay for and don’t let them...

"We actually had a problem with our Hotels.com booking, but the owners of the property were very kind and accommodating, turning what could have been a very stressful situation into a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and well kept, and the property and pool were well maintained. The location is very close to the beach, and right across the dolmus stop that goes into Bodrum, making going into town eay. "

The resort is beautifully maintained, surrounded by stunning scenery, and offers a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxing and memorable holiday. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the facilities were excellent. The beautiful beach and crystal-clear waters made every day feel like paradise. What truly made our experience special was the staff. Everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure guests had a fantastic stay. "Lovely hotel but not as good as I expected. Great breakfast. Shuttles to the ‘beach’ but it’s actually far away and there’s no stand,instead a little jetty. The room was spacious and clean. I love the cats/kittens around. I questioned the staff about food/water bowels as I saw 2 cats drinking from the pool (not good), they advised have have food stations out of site and a animal first aid kit which made me very happy. It would be amazing if hotels starting neutering the cats at their hotels to help with the numbers. And set up a box in the hotel for donations to help with neutering a Liam’s in their area. I would have definitely donated. We were in a hurry to checkout to get a flight & lady at reception made me wait to check the mini bar then tried to charge me for things we hadn’t touched. Over all a lovely stay but I think a little overpriced"

"We loved everything about the hotel. Our room was amazing! We loved the large white sandy beach with the calm water for swimming! The food and service and the hotel restaurants was also wonderful. I would highly recommend this property. It is one of the best all around beach properties we’ve experienced."
